What to say about myspace: I have looked at it and found that I am not impressed with the content and the fact that it isn't safe for kids. It seems to be the site that they all want to join up with though. Don't like the way that people want to be your friend, and chat don't people have real friends.
It is good to see libraries using it to grab hold of teens and introduce them to the resources available to them and how cool library stuff can be.
Facebook: not dissimilar to flickr, an other way of staying in touch with family and friends via the net.

Facebook has a slightly more sophisticated privacy setup than Flickr, which means that it's easier to share photos with only friends and family, and not the whole world.
